Bought an Office 2021 licence. When i tried to activate by phone, the process didnt follow that described on the instructions page. I couldnt get through by phone and had a bit of a sinking feeling at that point but sent them a message and heard back in an hour or so. They asked me to send them a picture of the activation page and they replied in about an hour with a code for me to enter and that was it, all validated. Great price and very happy with their help.
