Bought an Office 2021 licence. When i tried to activate by phone, the process didnt follow that described on the instructions page. I couldnt get through by phone and had a bit of a sinking feeling at that point but sent them a message and heard back in an hour or so. I'm giving 4 stars because the Microsoft office 2021 professional activation key didn't work.
